0 – 10 You like to be in full control and resist anything that makes you relinquish your hold. You like to think you are unhypnotisable but the reality is you are not. Learning a few self-hypnosis techniques could help you channel the control you crave, so that you are able to switch off and relax fully from time to time. After all taking a break is just as good as having a rest from being in charge.
15 – 25You’d like to experience hypnosis but wonder if you have what it takes. Being receptive to suggestion will enable you to relax your mind, and body, enough to benefit from all the confidence boosting qualities that hypnosis can provide you with. Fully understanding the process of hypnotherapy may encourage you to give it a go.
30 – 50You understand the importance of being able to relax your body in order to free your mind of thoughts and open it to suggestion. You appreciate being able to access creativity through hypnosis and have quite likely read one or two books on the subject, as well as having mastered some self-hypnosis techniques.
